Terms of Sale for Cut and Drop Services

Terms and conditions shall be applicable to sales made by CTHandiman.com., associates or any authorized agents except where it is otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Purchaser agrees to accept and be responsible for material on job site deliveries without signature. Acceptance of delivery of any goods ordered by purchaser shall constitute an agreement by purchaser to these terms and conditions of sale.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: All purchases are to be settled before delivery. Payment methods include credit card (MasterCard, Visa & Discover). Cash and checks need to be dropped off at office or mailed in before delivery.

Deliveries in Connecticut are as followed:
Over $125.00 in materials — $28.00 (up to 30 Miles from Cheshire, CT 06410)
Under $125.00 in materials — $39.00 (up to 30 Miles from Cheshire, CT 06410)

Regular Delivery over 30 Miles from Cheshire, CT 06410 will be charged $1.00 Per Mile (ONE WAY) for the delivery.

All gutter-only deliveries — $39.00
All orders over $1,000.00 ARE ALWAYS FREE
We reserve the right not to go to certain areas. These deliveries will be made on a
case by case basis.

DELIVERY: All deliveries will be scheduled as follows:

There will be no COD deliveries! For your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visaor Discover over the phone.
There will be no delivery times given! Delivery will be made during daylight hours Monday thru Friday. In case of emergency, your office will be notified as soon as we can and the delivery will be rescheduled ASAP.
Projects with over 300 feet need to be scheduled two days in advance. Every effort will be made to deliver these projects before 10:00AM.
All deliveries must have exact addresses.
All orders must be exact! This includes all the lengths of gutter and all accessories. Our trucks do not carry any extra materials. Nor do they carry any tools for drilling outlets and such. We deliver only.
NO RETURNED EVER ON GUTTER OR DOWNSPOUT! Please order carefully. Any other items returned are subject to inspection prior to acceptance for credit. All items must be returned within 30 days and accompanied by the original receipt. Returnable items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
TAXES: You are responsible for the payment of all sales taxes present and future. All sales from CTHandiman.com. to you are considered to be taxable.
Please Note: Gutters, Down Spout and available Gutter Accessories OTHER THAN WHITE OR MUSKET BROWN WILL BE CONSIDERED A CUSTOM COLOR. WE WILL ADD 15% TO ALL Gutters, Down Spout and available Gutter Accessories OTHER THAN WHITE OR MUSKET BROWN.
